WARRANTY
Our carriers come with one-year warranty that covers
all manufacturing parts and pieces. Please note that this warranty does not
cover damage inflicted by pets, such as tearing, scratching, staining, or
chewing.
REPAIRS
If your naughty one has damaged the carrier, you can
contact us for repair. Fees for repair range from $30 to $80. If the damage
cannot be repaired, we may offer you a replacement at a discounted price.
EXCHANGE
Give us a call! We can help you find the right size, style
or design. We will charge or refund you the price difference with additional
shipping and send you the right product immediately. Please return the item
within 10 days from the date you request an exchange.
RETURNS & REFUNDS Simply write down the reason for the return on
the invoice and send us the item in the same condition within two weeks from the
date you receive it. A refund will be processed within 2 weeks from the date we
receive your return. Please note that shipping charge is not refundable and a
10% restocking fee for return will be charged. Refunds/credits will be made to
the original form of payment and send your return to:.

material used and time required. Allow up to 10 weeks for delivery. For delivery
within 4 weeks, add an in-freight fee of $5 per lb. Please refer to "TAILORING"
